PRESENTER AGREEMENT: I agree to participate in the Dad/Daughter Dance, required rehearsals and the Cotillion Ball. I will be available on the evening of the PRC Debutante Cotillion to assist the debutante that I am representing. I will assume all responsibility for renting the required attire for the night or recording of the 2024 PRC Debutante Cotillion.

PRESENTER ATTIRE & TUXEDO GUIDE: Presenters will wear “white tie” formal attire consisting of a black tuxedo jacket, black formal trousers, white pique vest and shirt, white bow tie and gloves, and black socks. Formal black patent leather or any black dress shoes may be worn. Presenter’s are required to use our contracted vendor.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I will attend the Presenter's Orientation September 15th from 2:00PM - 4:00PM located at Atwater Elementary School, 2100 East Capitol Drive, Shorewood, WI 53211.

I will attend all rehearsals as outlined in the Debutante Cotillion Handbook.

I will pay the required the tuxedo order fee. Approx. $175

I will use the required vendor to rent my tuxedo/required attire.

I have read and accept the requirements to fulfill my role as a Presenter.
